Beck's Ranch

Siblings can book the ranch house for up to 7 days reserved, (blocked out on VRBO calendar) once a year. Year is after Labor Day - before Memorial Day. We will have a meeting the first part of September to get those dates on the calendar for the year. We will start from the oldest and go down to the youngest, this will rotate each year. You do not have to come up with your week at that time, you can do it anytime during the year. You will not have to pay for the cleaning for this rental only.

If you cancel or move your reservation it needs to be done as soon as possible, so the dates are available for the ranch house to be rented.

Grandkids will now go through siblings to rent the ranch house as a waitlist and only the sibling's name will be on the waitlist. Siblings will be listed on the waitlist calendar thefarmcam.com, this is not a confirmed listing. At 3 days (prime time)/ 7 days (off season) days prior to the wanted date, and if open, the first name on the waitlist will be awarded the date and you will be put on the permanent calendar. Priority will go to the sibling that hasn't used the house if multiple people want the same dates. Only siblings can be on the calendar, so you will have to list for your kids or we can give access to those that want it. Only siblings can bring the house back to rental ready and the maximum number of days per waitlist request is 3 nights (4 days total). After your max of 3 nights you have to wait 2 weeks to use the ranch house again.

In order to get a reserved date on the ranch calendar so you can plan a family or church event, siblings can book on the calendar one time up to 2 months before the date of arrival and pay $200 a night plus cleaning (off season only, no holidays).

Alyse will be paid 10% of the actual rental fee, not the amount we collect from VRBO/Airbnb

If a sibling goes in after a rental and the ranch house hasn't been cleaned, they will not have to pay the cleaning fee, but will need to leave it better than they found it, not causing more cleaning to be done. Please leave it cleaner than when you got there and do any laundry that they used.

Can we have grandkids clean the house and then have Becky go down and check it out making sure it is rental ready and they only pay $50. If it isn't rental ready they pay for it to get back to rental ready at $50 an hour?
